Article 46
Early Payout, i.e., Cash Out, is an option that provides Players with the possibility to withdraw funds to the User Account before the start of the events included on the bet slip, as well as during the course of the events played on the bet slip, i.e., for as long as the status of the played events and selections is active and unknown, meaning unsettled.
The Cash Out option is not available for bet slips with a lost status, i.e., where the selections for the events have been unsuccessful.
Once the Cash Out option is executed (completed), only the final payout accepted by the Player shall be relevant, and any subsequent or final results shall have no effect on the payout already accepted.
The Cash Out option is available on the Organizer’s Platform.
The Organizer shall not be liable if the Cash Out option is not available due to technical reasons. The Cash Out display will be visible regardless of whether the option is available or not.
Article 47
Valid rules and conditions for the Cash Out option:
The decision regarding the amount offered as “Cash Out” by the Organizer depends on the performance of the Player’s selections and may be higher or lower than the original stake amount. It may provide the Player with a guaranteed profit or minimize a potential loss and depends on multiple factors, including: the time of placing the bet slip, the stake amount (payment), the number of events played on the bet slip and their value, i.e., the total odds (coefficient), the number of events that have not started and their current offered value, i.e., the total odds (coefficient), the number of winning events and their value, i.e., the total winning odds (coefficient), the number of events in progress and their current offered odds value (coefficient), bonuses based on the number of played pairs (events), bonuses based on the number of winning pairs (events), and benefits achieved on the bet slip payment (promotions, vouchers, free bet bonuses, and other).
The Organizer is not obliged to accept every Cash Out request submitted by the Player.
Players shall be clearly informed of the league, event and selection for which the Cash Out option is available, which shall always be indicated by an icon.
The Player is not obliged to accept every amount offered for Cash Out.
The Player is limited in the number of attempted requests that may be submitted within a certain time period, depending on the status of the events on the paid bet slip, and this will be transparently shown on the bet slip itself.
If the bet slip is placed using bonus funds, the Cash Out payout shall be carried out in the manner prescribed by the bonus rules, in accordance with these Rules and the specific rules of the promotional offer governing the awarding of bonuses.
A bet slip paid out via the Cash Out option cannot be cancelled nor paid out again.
Due to possible technical issues, as well as in the event of an obvious error in the Cash Out offer, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend any payout, to correct the offered odds for certain events as they were at the time the payout request was submitted, and to adjust the payout amount accordingly, in the manner provided herein.
Any attempt of irregular payout of a bet slip via the Cash Out option, as well as abuse of any part thereof by the Player, is strictly prohibited. In such a case, the Organizer reserves the right to retroactively suspend any payout, i.e., to reclaim funds that were irregularly paid to a Player who abused the option in any way (example: Cash Out paid for a bet slip that was already losing at the time of the request, Cash Out paid due to incorrect processing of results for any event in the offer, an attempt to cash out early a bet slip placed with funds obtained based on any benefit achieved, and similar).
In order for the Player to submit a Cash Out request via the Organizer’s Platform, the Player must be logged into their user account. In the overview of played bet slips, each bet slip contains an info button for the Cash Out option.
By clicking the Cash Out button, a request for early payout is submitted.
After clicking the Cash Out button, the logged-in user receives as feedback the payout amount offered for the Cash Out option, which the user may accept or reject without any obligation, or information that there is no Cash Out offer for the played bet slip.
The Organizer reserves the right to withhold funds from Cash Out amounts equal to or exceeding the statutory thresholds for taxation of winnings from games of chance, to satisfy the Player’s obligation to pay tax on winnings from games of chance.
SPECIAL RULES FOR INDIVIDUAL SPORTS AND GAMES
Article 48
The Player participates in the game by paying a monetary stake from the User Account in an amount corresponding to one of the proposed stakes.
The Player has free choice of stakes for each game.
The method of publishing winnings is determined in such a way that the Game displays whether the participant, i.e., the Player, has achieved a win and in what amount.
In the event of a win, it shall be immediately recorded on the Player’s User Account.
If the Player interrupts the Game that is in progress, i.e., before it ends, the Player loses the chance of a potential win, except in special cases provided for in these Rules.
If the game is interrupted before completion due to technical issues on the Organizer’s platform, the Player should notify the Organizer via one of the designated communication channels available on the Organizer’s Platform.
Upon receiving the notification, the Organizer shall analyze the course of the Game and the reported technical issue and then prepare a technical report, taking into account the applicable rules of the Game.
The technical report on the course of the Game interrupted before completion due to technical issues on the Organizer’s platform, prepared by the Organizer, shall be the only evidence taken into account in assessing the Player’s loss or win.

Article 50
1. FOOTBALL:
The valid result is the result achieved in regular play of 90 minutes including stoppage time, except in special cases where the format is specifically indicated (such as youth matches lasting 80 minutes). Extra time, golden goal, or penalty shootouts shall not be taken into account. This applies to all types of markets (goals, corners, fouls, offsides, ball possession, yellow/red cards, scorers, etc.). No subsequent changes or decisions of an individual or a committee shall be taken into account.
Matches played in other (irregular) formats shall be deemed invalid and shall be settled at odds 1. A team shall be deemed to have scored a goal even if it was scored by an opposing player (own goal) or if it was scored from a penalty kick during regular time, including referee stoppage time (extra time and penalty shootouts after the end of the match shall not count).
In the event of postponement, the match shall be considered valid if it starts within 24 hours of the originally scheduled kick-off time. After this period, the selected match shall be settled at odds 1.
Football Specials:
The Organizer offers many different types of markets categorized as FOOTBALL SPECIALS. Some refer to the outcome of only one match, and some refer to the outcomes of several different matches. Results for all specials are obtained from the official websites of the competition.
Goals by leagues:
The user predicts how many total goals will be scored across a certain number of matches within a football league. If one of the relevant matches is postponed or cancelled, it shall be considered that exactly two goals were scored in that match. If two or more of the relevant matches are postponed or cancelled, the entire market shall be declared void and shall be settled at odds 1.
Cards:
Cards in regular time are counted. Cards shown after the regular end of the match are not taken into account.
Cards shown in extra time are not taken into account.
Cards issued by the referee to the coach, coaching staff, a substitute on the bench, or a player who has already been substituted are not taken into account.
If a player enters the game and has received a card before entering the pitch, that card shall be included in the total count.
Number of cards in a match:
A yellow card counts as one (card), a red card counts as two. A second yellow card resulting in a red card is disregarded. The maximum number of cards for a single player is three.
Only regular match time (90 minutes) and referee stoppage time are considered. Yellow cards awarded after the end of the match or in extra time are not taken into account.
If a match is abandoned before its regular end, all active markets shall be settled at odds 1.00, while markets whose outcome is already known remain settled regularly. Example: the match is abandoned in the 70th minute and the number of cards up to that point is six. Lines 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, 5.5 shall be settled as over, while lines 6.5 and 7.5 shall be settled at odds 1.
Corners:
Corners awarded but not taken are not counted.
Corners taken in extra time are not counted.
Goals odd/even:
If the match ends 0–0, the odd/even market shall be settled as an even number of goals.
If Team 1 scores no goals, the Team 1 odd/even market shall be settled as an even number of goals.
If Team 2 scores no goals, the Team 2 odd/even market shall be settled as an even number of goals.
If the match is not completed, the odd/even, Team 1 odd/even, and Team 2 odd/even markets shall be settled at odds 1.00.
Scorers:
Anytime goalscorer – in the case of an own goal, the goal shall not be credited to the player who scored it.
Anytime goalscorer and 2+ goalscorer markets refer only to regular time. Goals in extra time shall not be counted.
If a goal is scored by a goalkeeper (goalkeepers are not listed as scorers) – all selections shall be settled as losing.
Football specials (scorers):
If a player starts the match in the starting lineup, odds 1 shall be applied to all bets: match scorer, first goalscorer, last goalscorer, 2+ goalscorer, as well as all Daily Specials offered at that time.
If a player does not start the match in the starting lineup, odds 1 shall also be applied to all markets offered within major competitions (shots on target, goals in match, player assists, number of accurate passes, card received).
2. BASKETBALL:
For basketball matches, the valid result for all types of bets (unless stated otherwise) is the result achieved after any overtime. The same rule applies to specials regarding player points, assists and rebounds.

The Organizer offers many different types of markets categorized as BASKETBALL SPECIALS. Some refer to the outcome of only one match, and some refer to the outcomes of several different matches. Results for all specials are obtained from the official websites of the competition.
3. TENNIS – Super Tie Break:
In cases where any match that is stated to be played in the Super Tie Break format ends with the victory of one of the players or doubles in the third set by points, that third set shall be counted as one game and all match markets shall be settled regularly based on the match result.
Any “tie break” or “super tie break” shall be counted as one game.
If the winner is decided in a “Super tie break” set, the odds are adjusted to the match format and the Organizer is not obliged to specifically state in the offer the manner in which the decisive set will be played.
4. AMERICAN FOOTBALL:
The valid result is the one achieved in regular time, taken as 4×15 minutes. For all other markets, it is clearly indicated whether they include or exclude overtime, and they are settled accordingly.

For markets within handball specials, any overtime counts unless stated otherwise.
7. BASEBALL:
For the bet outcome, the valid result is the final match result, including extra innings. For betting purposes, the match is valid after 8.5 innings have been played; otherwise it is void. If the same opponents play two matches on the same day, only the result of the first match is counted.
8. VOLLEYBALL:
The result of a bet on a volleyball match is always based on three sets won (the Golden Set is not taken into account).
9. RUGBY:
The result of a rugby match is always based on 80 minutes of play, unless otherwise specified by the Organizer.
10. FUTSAL:
All futsal markets are based on regular time; overtime and penalties do not count.
11. SNOOKER:
If one of the players is declared the winner before the full number of frames is played, bets shall be valid provided that the match has started; otherwise they shall be void.
12. MMA:
The final result is considered the one achieved in regular time. A match is considered to end regularly when one of the fighters wins by one of the following methods: knockout, technical knockout, submission, surrender, disqualification, or when one fighter is declared the winner by the judges after 3 or 5 rounds depending on the competition format.
Only completed rounds shall be counted for the number of rounds in a match, and in certain cases a match may also end in a draw.
13. FORMULA 1:
Settlement of bets related to Formula 1 is always based on the first official results published after the race.
Subsequent decisions made by race officials or the FIA shall not be considered. If one or more drivers withdraw before the first practice session of the specified race, and at least one of them was offered odds of 5 or lower to win the race, the Organizer reserves the right to declare void all markets related to the winner, pole position and placement.
If a driver is unable to participate in the qualifying session, all bets directly related to that driver shall be void.
If a driver is unable to participate in the main race after successfully completing qualifying, all bets directly related to that driver for the main race shall be void (bets related to qualifying shall remain valid).
A driver who participated in the warm-up lap shall be considered to have participated in the race.
If a decision is made by race officials or the FIA that directly affects the outcome of the race after the results of prior practice or qualifying have already been published, or if a driver withdraws within the same period (after publication of prior practice/qualifying results and before the start of the next session), the Organizer reserves the right to void all bets based on such information.
14. MOTORCYCLE RACES:
Settlement of bets related to motorcycle races is always based on the first official results published after the race. Subsequent decisions made by race officials or the FIM shall not be considered. If one or more drivers withdraw before the start of the first practice session of the stated race, and at least one of them was offered odds of 5 or lower to win the race, the Organizer reserves the right to declare void all markets related to the winner, pole position and placement. If a driver is unable to participate in qualifying, all bets directly related to that driver shall be void. A driver who participates in the warm-up lap shall be considered to have participated in the race. If a decision is made by race officials or the FIM that directly affects the outcome of the race after the results of prior practice or qualifying have already been published, or if a driver withdraws within the same period (after publication of prior practice/qualifying results and before the start of the next session), the Organizer reserves the right to void all bets based on such information.
15. CYCLING:

16. WINTER SPORTS:
If the event is held on a different course/track, bets are void. If a competitor/team does not start the event at all, all bets directly related to that competitor/team are void. If one or both skiers/teams do not finish the race, bets are void; if both skiers finish the same number of laps, the official recorded time in the completed laps determines the winner. If neither skier completes the first lap of the official recorded time, bets are void.
17. E-SPORTS:
The final result is considered the one achieved in regular course of the Event, including any overtime. For the regular completion of an Esports Event (CS:GO, LOL, Dota2), the winner after one, two, three or five maps is considered. The team or competitor who wins the greater number of maps is considered the winner.
If, under the competition rules, a map ends in a draw and is replayed, that outcome shall not be taken into account. It is treated as a separate map and does not affect the settlement of markets for the Event.
In the case of a draw after two maps, which is a possible scenario in certain tournaments of a specific format, the market related to the match winner shall be settled at odds 1. Other markets whose outcome is known shall be settled in accordance with the 1:1 result.
The winner of a map in CS:GO esports is the team that first wins 16 rounds. In the event of a 15:15 draw, additional rounds are played. The map winner market includes any overtime.
The number of kills in LOL and Dota2 esports is not necessarily related to the map winner (the map winner may have fewer kills than the opponent).

In case of a draw, which is possible in certain tournaments of a specific format, the match winner market shall be settled at odds 1.
23. BEACH SOCCER:
Regular time in beach soccer is 36 minutes. Overtime and penalties are taken into account only in markets where this is specifically stated.
24. BEACH VOLLEYBALL:
A beach volleyball match is considered to be completed regularly when one team wins two sets played to 21 points. If a third set is played, it is played to 15 points. If the score is 20:20 in the first two sets and 14:14 in the third set, play continues until a two-point difference is achieved.

Rules in case of match interruption in live betting:
-
Football:
If a football match is interrupted, all Bets that have not been settled up to that moment, and if the match is not resumed within the next 48 hours from the scheduled match start time, shall be settled at odds 1. All Bets that have been determined up to that moment (outcome already known) shall be settled as winning or losing depending on the market type and the score at the moment of interruption.
If a match is interrupted due to technical issues (rain, darkness, floodlights, etc.), all played markets remain active (no time limit) for as long as there is a possibility that the match can be completed.
If a participant withdraws (retirement, injury, disqualification, etc.) before the start or during the match, regardless of which participant advances to the next round, all markets that have not been completed shall be settled at odds 1. All markets whose outcome is known by the time of interruption and where the relevant market has been completed remain valid and shall be settled accordingly.
If there is any change of the announced players, all markets shall be settled at odds 1.
